Built on 17+ years of composite science.
Concrete doesn't fail — its steel does. Corroding reinforcement is the single largest cause of premature structural decay worldwide. Endurobar was founded to end that cycle.
Drawing on over 17 years of advanced composite manufacturing and structural engineering, we produce high-performance GFRP reinforcement that pairs the tensile strength of glass fibre with the chemical immunity of polymer resin. The result is rebar engineered for a service life beyond a century.
As India's first BIS-licensed GFRP producer, we combine precision pultrusion, rigorous batch testing and full traceability — so every metre we ship is accountable, certified and dependable.

Amit Gangurde is a values-driven leader who has spent his recent career building the composite-reinforcement industry from the ground up. As Managing Director of Endurobar — his own venture— he is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is responsible for developing the GFRP business across India and the MENA region, while overseeing the company's ongoing expansion into new markets.
Earlier, Amit led the turnaround of MRG Composites India, playing an instrumental role in introducing GFRP to government bodies and private organisations. He went on to help create standards for the product with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and the Indian Roads Congress (IRC), and secured approvals from government departments across India and the United Arab Emirates.
Through efforts like his, the sector grew many times over — from just four GFRP rebar manufacturers in India in 2018 to more than twenty today, with many more to follow and international players now eyeing the Indian market. Endurobar is the next chapter he is writing on that foundation.
A senior management professional with over 22 years of multi-functional experience across financial and non-financial sectors in India and the Middle East, Amit brings a rare international perspective to everything he builds.

Unit Head at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), leading wealth-management teams across business development, process implementation and branding — after earlier roles with American Express, Citibank N.A., Standard Chartered Bank and RAK Bank.
